In the inland you can taste dishes of meat, such as the traditional “ porchetta “ (roast pork with wild fennel), moving towards the coast you can enjoy exquisite dishes of fish: shellfish, seafood and blue fish with herbs and extra virgin olive oil.
Olives are tasty, protagonists of one of the most famous dishes of Marche: “Le Olive Ascolane” (Ascoli olives) which were much appreciated since the Ancient Romans and Carthaginians.
